Fabricio,

Yes, this is true, unfortunately not as definite as it may sound. USPS will allow only one category of lithium batteries – PI967 (battery packed in equipment). This means that you will be able to send items like ipads, iphones, everything that has battery inside.
However, for other categories (PI966 – packed with equipment and PI965 – battery alone), it is more complicated.
Regarding battery with equipment (PI966), most laptops, cell phones, cameras; we are going to create additional special request for this; we will open the package, and put the battery inside the device, which will change classification to PI967.
As for PI965 (battery alone), restriction remains in place.
We are making necessary changes in our system, so we can allow shipping of batteries through our system as soon as possible

Caro Fabricio,
A bateria do phone é recarregavel AAA NI-MH.
Quanto a declaração, estaria correto descrever: Office phone?
